Audit Fundamentals - Roles and responsibilities, types of audits, scheduling, and internal vs. external audits
Audit Planning & Preparation - Standards/regulations, administration, authority, scope, purpose, type, scheduling, checklist construction, and resource management
Audit Performance - Meetings, interviews, data analysis, findings, writing skills, and feedback
Audit Consolidation & Reports - Reports, corrective actions, continuous improvement, department and management accountability

Quality Audit Management will enable participants to:

Define, explain the focus and benefits of an audit
Describe the roles and responsibilities of an auditor and audit team
Learn how to scope and prepare an audit plan
Review guidelines and techniques for managing and conducting the audit
Distinguish between observations and non-conformances
Learn how to prepare for and conduct the exit meeting
